This 30ltr jerrycans double station blow molding machine is suitable for producing 15-30L various stacking barrels and chemical packaging barrels.
The equipment adopts a continuous extrusion head and an upward blowing structure, with automatic flash removal, online conveying and leak detection, reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency. The duplex displacement mold frame has no tie-bar structure, has uniform mold clamping, large force, large modulus capacity, and is more convenient for mold disassembly and assembly. Multi-layer co-extrusion extrusion system, liquid level line extrusion system and hydraulic servo control system are also optional to meet diversified production needs.
