This 1000L IBC blow molding machine is designed for the production of medium and large container barrels. It is precisely adapted to the full specification manufacturing of 500-1200L IBC barrels, and has excellent adaptability in the fields of chemical raw material storage and transportation, food-grade packaging, and logistics turnover. Its high-yield extrusion system uses twin-screw plasticizing technology and intelligent temperature control modules to achieve efficient melting and rapid transportation of materials. The production capacity is increased by 40% compared with traditional models, meeting the needs of large-scale production.
The innovatively configured storage mold system of the equipment realizes gram-level precision plastic distribution through the linkage of precision metering screw and dynamic pressure sensor, ensuring that the uniformity error of barrel wall thickness is controlled within ±0.1mm. The hydraulic servo control system, with its nanometer-level response speed, adjusts core parameters such as clamping force and blow molding pressure in real time, and cooperates with the closed-loop feedback mechanism to improve production stability to more than 99.5%, significantly reducing the defective rate.
