The PVC ceiling extrusion production line is an automated production system that integrates polymer material extrusion, molding, shaping, pulling, and cutting. It is designed for the production of various types of PVC ceiling panels (such as flat panels, embossed panels, laminated panels, etc.). Core equipment composition and technical highlights
1. Extrusion system
High-efficiency screw extruder: adopts high-efficiency and energy-saving screw, with intelligent temperature control module (partition accuracy ±1℃), to achieve rapid plasticization and uniform mixing of PVC raw materials (including calcium carbonate, stabilizer, plasticizer, etc.).
Precision metering of melt pump: melt gear pump can be selected to accurately control the discharge amount to ensure that the thickness uniformity error of the board is ≤±0.05mm.
2. Mold and molding system
Mold: With streamlined flow channel design and fine-tuning device, it can produce plates with a width of 600-1200mm and a thickness of 0.8-3.0mm, with a surface finish of Ra0.4μm.
Vacuum shaping table: Through vacuum adsorption and circulating cooling system, the shape of the plate can be quickly shaped, supporting the shaping of complex structures such as relief and patterns, with a shaping accuracy of ±0.1mm.
3. Traction and cutting system
Frequency conversion traction machine: With multi-roller synchronous traction technology, the traction speed is adjustable from 0-15m/min to ensure smooth conveying of the plate without stretching deformation.
Automatic cutting machine: Equipped with a servo motor-driven circular saw or planetary cutting device to achieve fixed-length cutting (accuracy ±2mm), supporting continuous production and intermittent operation mode.
4. Automation control system
PLC intelligent control: Equipped with Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC control system, integrated human-machine interface (HMI), real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, speed and other parameters, supporting recipe storage and one-key switching.
Online detection device: Optional laser thickness gauge and visual inspection system can provide real-time feedback on sheet thickness, surface defects and other data, and automatically adjust process parameters.
