CPP Cast Film Extrusion Line from Jwell Company

CPP cast film production line is a specialized equipment for the production of polypropylene (CPP) cast film, which is widely used in the fields of food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, daily-use chemicals and so on. The production line forms a uniform film by heating and melting the polypropylene resin, then extruding the melt using an extruder and passing it through a T-shaped die to form a uniform film. Subsequently, the film is rapidly cooled and shaped by cooling rollers, and then goes through the processes of stretching, surface treatment and winding to produce high-quality films with excellent transparency, flexibility and heat sealing performance. The whole line is characterized by high degree of automation, stable operation and high production efficiency, which can meet diversified market demands.
